Responsibilities:
- Ensure all project documents transmitted to and from all parties and receive documents from various sections ( Engineering document control is by electronic control process separately handled by engineering department).
- Expedite and compile approved document from procurement, production and Engineering.
- Final packaging of project document dossier for handing over to the client upon delivery of the project.


Requirements:
- Experience in document controller for EPC oil and gas project
- Must be technically competent with engineering back ground
- A person with ISO 9000 auditor qualification or had experience working with ship classification societies such as ABS, DNV, Lloyd would have added advantage
- A retiree can also be considered if his/her health is proven fit for work
- This position is not for general clerk. It is more for the certification engineer
